1. Every pledge shall be redeemable with a period of one year or such longer period as may be provided in the contract between the parties from the day of the pawning (executive of the day) and shall continue to be redeemable during seven days of grace following the said period.If the pledge is not redeemed within a period of redemption and the days of grace mentioned it will at the end of the days of grace continue to be redeemable unit it is sold by auction.

Note:. It there is any change of address of the pawner the change of address should be immediately informed in writing to the pawn broker.
